Guy who answered the phone was very rude when asked if there was an analog line we could use to fix our key card machine that died. All we needed was the line to hook up our machine and call our customer support back to get the machine up and running again. He said and I quote “find help somewhere else”.

I had an amazing experience with VTV Conversions in Mandeville. They helped convert my grandfather’s old 3mm reels, and the results were incredible. This service was terrific. The owner is very knowledgeable and I will def bring many more old videos use him and refer this company to many.. also this company fixed my old wedding VHS video and placed it on a flash drive. It was 35 yrs old. It came out perfect.

VTV did a quick and excellent job of converting 8mm film from 1961 into a digital format. They were able to lighten what needed to be lightened and clean up the film. I recommend these guys.

Tim was very nice and turn around time was great. Price was very reasonable. Felt very comfortable bringing my tapes there than sending them off in the mail. I am enjoying watching all the old tapes of my life and seeing all those people who are no longer here. Thank you Tim for giving me these memories to watch and share.

I have used VTV Conversions to digitize slides, audio tape and a voice recording on old record format.

Tim Craig is very knowledgeable, has the proper equipment, and is on time as promised in transferring video. Some of my video was grianey and tried to clean it up the best he could. I would definitely use his service again.

I am so happy we found Tim and VTV! I never wanted to mail off my VHS memories to another state and I found Tim locally and had all of my VHS tapes converted to USB. Wonderful place. Tim is a pro. He saved my parents home video library from disappearing with time and tape degradation. Now my family can revisit our past together once again. Priceless. well a reasonable price, but well worth it.

The owner of the VTV did a fantastic job of transferring our old VHS tapes onto a flash drive. The pricing was very reasonable. There is no need to worry about your tapes getting lost in the mail just call ahead to set up a time for drop off and enjoy watching your memories right on your TV.
